Hi I’m Kim Flory!

I’m a wife, financial coach and semi-retired pharmacist dedicated to empowering other pharmacists and healthcare professionals break free from debt, build lasting wealth, and achieve financial independence.

I understand what you’re going through because I’ve been in your shoes. As a pharmacist for over 30 years—26 of those in retail!—I know the stress, burnout, and the feeling of being trapped by those “golden handcuffs”. The long hours, the pressure, and the toll it took on my physical and mental health made it feel like there was no way out. But there was. And I can show you how.

To be transparent, I didn’t always know what I was doing. The first time I calculated my net worth it was -$150,000. That’s right, NEGATIVE! Since then I’ve paid off over $60,000 in student loans, over $10,000 in credit cards, car loans, and even my mortgage—while building a substantial retirement.  What made the difference was shifting my mindset, making a plan and taking action.

I provide a judgment-free, supportive space where you can develop a clear financial strategy tailored to your unique situation. Whether you’re drowning in debt, struggling to save, or simply want to take control of your money,  I’ll help you build a plan that works—so you can stop feeling stuck, start feeling secure, and gain back your time to focus on what truly matters.

You can do it!

At the beginning of this year my husband and I had a goal to connect with a Financial Coach and do a check in to see how we were doing and areas we could improve with money management, budgeting, and working on longer term financial goals. We really enjoyed our coaching calls with Kim. She has great insight, tools, and cares a lot about the people she is working with. We definitely recommend Kim!
